Travel Gennie – Booking & Service Agreement
Welcome to Travel Gennie. By booking any tour or travel-related service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Terms of Use
- All bookings are accepted on the condition that clients accept these terms and conditions.
- Travel Gennie reserves the right to change, modify, or update the terms at any time without prior notice.
- The services offered are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
Pricing Policy
- All tour prices are quoted per person, based on double/triple sharing unless mentioned otherwise.
- Prices include accommodation, meals, transportation, sightseeing, and services as mentioned in the itinerary.
- Prices exclude personal expenses, extra meals, optional activities, and additional services unless specified.
- Quoted prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control such as airline fare hikes, hotel rate changes, taxes, and currency fluctuations.
- Any such changes will be informed prior to booking confirmation or, in rare cases, before travel commencement.
Booking Policy
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking as mentioned in your itinerary/invoice.
- Final payment must be made before travel departure or as per payment schedule shared.
- Non-payment on time may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by the Customer:
- Less than 15 days before departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charges apply.
- More than 30 days before departure: 20% of total package cost deducted.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost deducted.
Cancellations by Travel Gennie:
- In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), we will offer either a full refund or credit for future bookings after deducting applicable service charges.
Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 working days after deduction of cancellation or administrative charges.
- Refunds are processed via the same mode of payment used for booking.
- No refund for partially utilized services or last-minute cancellations.
Amendment Policy
- Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- All amendments must be requested in writing via email.
Travel Documents & Responsibility
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (valid passport, visa, permits, etc.) are arranged prior to departure.
- Travel Gennie is not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused during travel.
Liability Disclaimer
- Travel Gennie acts as an intermediary between clients and independent service providers (hotels, airlines, transport services).
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, delays, or damages arising from services we do not directly control.
Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India(Raigad District Courts).
